The reason behind Manchester United's decision to make their eagerly awaited third attempt to acquire Bryan Mbeumo has been made public, and it represents yet another setback for an unfortunate Premier League competitor.  Mbeumo, 25, stated unequivocally that if he leaves Brentford this summer, he only wants to join Manchester United.  In order to support the striker, the Red Devils want to start Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha in the dual No. 10 positions.  United will immediately focus on acquiring a new starting striker if Mbeumo signs.
