Hugo Ekitike's Liverpool is racing to the finish line, and according to several rumours, Real Madrid may pull off an even larger coup.  After Newcastle made it quite apparent that Alexander Isak was not for sale, Liverpool swiftly switched to Hugo Ekitike. Earlier last week, Newcastle submitted a £70 million proposal for Ekitike, but they swiftly withdrew from the competition when they saw Liverpool was closing in. Ben Jacobs and Fabrice Hawkins, two sources, have verified that Liverpool and the Eintracht Frankfurt striker have reached a personal agreement. A six-year contract has been agreed to.  Frankfurt rejected Liverpool's initial offer for Ekitike, but a better second offer is already being prepared and should be submitted soon.
