After the Manchester United loanee choose his future club, Tottenham intends to sabotage Aston Villa's Rashford agreement.

Following Marcus Rashford's incredible comeback at Aston Villa, Tottenham is prepared to make a move for the Manchester United star.
However, a report has indicated which team the striker wants to join "no matter what." When Rashford started a new chapter at Villa Park, he looked like a man on a mission.
The attacker has already contributed ten goals and gained manager Unai Emery's faith.
Rashford was, in fact, selected to start both legs of Villa's quarterfinal Champions League matchup against PSG. Ollie Watkins was benched for both games, and he was benched once more for Villa's crucial Premier League match against Manchester City on Tuesday.

In an incredible performance, Rashford scored from the penalty spot and caused numerous issues for City's defence, so confirming his manager's choice from the previous day.

There is a £40 million buyout option in Villa's loan agreement. Although Fabrizio Romano has been more circumspect in his reporting, the Sun has made it clear that they would exercise the option.
According to the transfer expert, Villa won't make a decision until they know which European competition they will participate in the following season.
Their chances of making it to the Champions League have significantly decreased as a result of their 2-1 loss to City.

Villa must still agree on personal terms with the player even if they want to move forward and activate the option.
Additionally, a recent update from Thesportmoment states that Tottenham intends to overtake Villa and bring Rashford to north London.
In January, Spurs considered signing Rashford, but ultimately decided to go with Mathys Tel.

But according to the source, Spurs are considering a deal and would move forward even if they exercise their £45 million option to purchase Tel from Bayern Munich because of Rashford's outstanding play at Villa.
There have been rumours that Rashford would return to Old Trafford in the future. But according to Thesportmoment the scenario is the exact reverse, with the player and the club both resolved to part ways.
"The England international is expected to leave Manchester United during the upcoming summer transfer window," added football transfers echoing our assessment of the situation.

However, even though a long-term solution is imminent, Rashford already has a preferred team in mind, and it's not Villa or Spurs. Barcelona is what Marcus Rashford desires.
As previously revealed by TheSportmoment, Rashford preferred to relocate overseas when his future reached a turning point during the winter transfer window.
Barcelona was his top choice among those that expressed interest.
The La Liga powerhouses considered taking out a loan, but ultimately couldn't afford to make a move.

But according to Fraser Fletcher, our insider, Barcelona has continuously stated that they are still interested in Rashford after the January transfer window, and they might look into a permanent deal at the end of the current campaign.

Rashford would be thrilled to hear that, and according to Spanish publication Sport, the striker wants to sign with Barcelona "no matter what." Rashford's weekly salary at parent club Manchester United is estimated to be around £325,000. Sport, understandably, insisted that a significant pay decrease would be necessary.
